intel SSD 330 series and motherboard question

I have the above stated intel SSD 330 series ( serial# cvmp2172029a180cgn ) 180gb

and was wondering if its compatible with the

ASUS Z170-P D3 motherboard

i checked the device list for this motherboard and this SSD was not on the list

would love some help here.but if not here perhaps i could phone intel

Hello Liquids,

The Intel® Solid-State Drive 330 Series is a SATA 6Gb/s drive, it should work well with any system that uses this interface.

Doing a quick check for the Asus Z170-P D3* Motherboard, it has 4 x SATA 6Gb/s ports (gray), so it should be able to use your existing drive on these SATA ports.
