      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello MosesBg,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please apply the following action, as it may help in case the Intel® SSD Optimizer function is not working correctly:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Make sure you are using the most recent firmware on your Intel® SSD 535 Series. This can be done with the Firmware Update feature of Intel® SSD Toolbox.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the issue persists, provide the following information:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Computer model and operating System&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Run Command Prompt as Administrator, and run the following command to check if TRIM is enabled in the OS:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;%root%:\&amp;gt;fsutil behavior query disabledeletenotify.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;DisableDeleteNotify = 1 (Windows TRIM commands are disabled)&lt;/P&gt;DisableDeleteNotify = 0 (Windows TRIM commands are enabled)&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Run the "Export" function from Intel® SSD Toolbox to gather the SSD log, and post it here for review.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
