Hello, Aaron3.

Thank you for contacting Intel® Memory and Storage support.

As we understand, you are requesting the technical product specifications for the Intel® SSD DC P4511 Series and information on the SSD's components. If we inferred correctly, review the following information:

The technical product specifications (TPS) are not available to the public. The components information is not available to the public; this information is only sharable as an exception in a specific situation.

Please, consider that to have access to some of the SSD components, you may need to remove the SSD covers and labels; This is not supported, validated, or recommended by Intel® since it will void your drive's warranty.

If you have access to the Intel® premium support, we advise you to open a case using your company account.

If you need further assistance related to an Intel® product, please do not hesitate to contact us back by opening a new thread. We will no longer monitor this thread.

We hope the community can help you.

Josh B.

Intel® Customer Support Technician.

Hello,

Could you provide the document number which contained P4511's Tcase specifications for each component like NAND, PMIC, Contorller, etc.? While I am doing thermal testing, the composite temperature reading from SMART tool is lower than the testing ambient temperature. I know the composite temperature is not a real temperature value, and it's more like thermal margin to the temperature limitation. Just want to attach thermocouples on these components, and double-check the composite temperature is reasonable in this case.

Thanks,
