Hello Nerius,

This is not a sign of hard failure, but is showing signs of normal wearout. Please be aware that drive wearout is not covered by warranty.

To engage support, you can go to the following website: http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/contactsupport Contact Support.

Hello Nerius,

The Available Reserve Space attribute reports the number of reserve blocks remaining. The normalized value begins at 100 (64h), which corresponds to 100 percent availability of the reserved space. The threshold value for this attribute is 10 percent availability.

By itself this SMART attribute is not indicator of problems in the drive, however, there are some actions you can perform and additional details we can analyze to determine any possible issues.

- Please install https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/18455/Intel-Solid-State-Drive-Toolbox Intel® SSD Toolbox, then run the Intel® SSD Optimizer and check if this helps.

- If the issue persists, please go back to Intel® SSD Toolbox, select your drive and "Export" the SSD log, then upload it here so we can analyze it.

- Provide the brand and model of your computer as well as the Operating System version.

The Uncorrectable Error Count shows the count of errors that could not be recovered using Error Correction Code. The Available Reserved Space attribute reports the number of reserve
blocks remaining. In your case, the SSD has reached 10% availability of the Reserved Space.

Please make sure you have a valid back of any important data and contact support so they can inform you of further options.

Hello Nerius,

We typically don't replace drives based on low E8/E9 values as that is normal wear. In this case the uncorrectable error count is excessive and may indicate an issue with the drive.

Please check you private messages as we would like to get in touch with you again.
