Hello dehLord,
Thanks for your reply. The https://ark.intel.com/products/94440/Intel-SSD-E-5400s-Series-120GB-2_5in-SATA-6Gbs-16nm-TLC Intel® SSD E 5400s Series (120GB, 2.5in) official benchmark sequential write is up to 400 MB/s. Please note that these results were taken from a fresh OS installation (Windows 7* SP1), with the SSD connected as a secondary unit and no data on it.From the log provided, we can see the Intel® SSD E 5400s Series is your boot drive. That plus several processes running on the back will affect the results. To obtain benchmark numbers closer to the advertised, we recommend to run a secure erase on the SSD and connect it as a secondary unit if possible.Let us know if there's anything else we can do for you.Best regards,Eugenio F.

Hello dehLord,
A secure erase is recommended in this case. However, since this is your current boot device, Windows* will not allow you to wipe the SSD.If you can connect it to a different system or boot from a different drive, you can use Microsoft DiskPart* to secure erase the SSD as shown https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000022179/memory-and-storage.html here. If this is not an option, you may proceed with a fresh OS installation. Please bear in mind that if you're planning to keep using the Intel® SSD E 5400s Series as your boot drive, the results might not vary from the current installation.Best regards,Eugenio F.
