We are sorry for the delayed response, the reason why we weren't able to see the info is that the thread was marked as correct answer and if you do that after sending the info the system will stop sending alerts and that is why we weren't able to see your first reply. We were able to see the information because you send multiple answers and the system stated generating alerts again.  Based on the logs provided, we found that the  Media Wearout Indicator is 61% and that is why your SSD is showing low health. We recommend you to contact your local support team in order to get further support.
