We don't have specific NVMe drivers for Linux OSs. Linux OSs should already include the NVMe driver.

In this case, we advise you to check with Linux-Debian distro support to see if there are newer NVMe drivers.

When I have had checked the release notes from the newest “Intel® SSD Data Center Tool” document, I can’t find any information about the P4618 card.

The Intel® SSD DC P4618 Series was released in the second quarter of this year as stated in ARK.intel.com (https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/products/192574/intel-ssd-dc-p4618-series-6-4tb-1-2-height-pcie-3-1-x8-3d2-tlc.html).

The reason why your SSD is not included in the release notes of the Intel® SSD Data Center Tool (Intel® SSD DCT) or listed as supported, is because this version of the DCT was released almost at the same time as the drive and it was not included in it.

Please keep an eye on our download center website for future releases.
