As we understand, you need assistance with your Intel® SSD D3-S4510 Series and your Intel® SSD D3-S4610 Series. To further assist you we will appreciate if you can extract and provide us with the following information:

• First, we will appreciate if you can check and update the firmware of the solid-state drives (SSDs) by using Data Center Tool(https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28460/Intel-SSD-Data-Center-Tool-Intel-SSD-DCT-?product=87278). Follow the process available on paragraph 2.2.1 of the Intel® Solid State Drive Data Center Tool User Guide(https://www.intel.com/content/dam/support/us/en/documents/memory-and-storage/Intel_SSD_DCT_3_0_x_User_Guide.pdf).

• Your system configuration including manufacturer, model and part number of all your system components and a copy of the SSU logs in the system that the SSDs are connected.

1- Go to https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/ and download the software.

2- When finished downloading it, open it.

3- Attach the file obtained to your reply.

• The SMART logs extracted from your Intel® SSD D3-S4510 Series and your Intel® SSD D3-S4610 Series.

The Intel’s Data Center Tool (DCT) can be used to read out the Show Device Information, please, provide us with this information.

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/ is a Windows link, customer only have servers on Linux.

All our customers have problems with 1.9To SSDs!!!
