As we understand, you need assistance with your Intel® SSD DC P4511 Series (2.0TB, M.2 110mm PCIe 3.1 x4, 3D2, TLC). If we infer correctly we will appreciate if you can provide us with the following information:

•    The SSU logs.
 
1-            Go to &lt;A href="https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26735/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26735/&lt;/A&gt; and download the software.
2-            When finished downloading it, open it.
3-            Attach the file obtained to your reply.

•    A screenshot of the “Disk Management” of windows showing all your HDDs and partitions. 
 
•    Show Device Information logs extracted from the Intel® SSD DC P4511 Series.

The Intel’s Data Center Tool (DCT) can be used to read out the Show Device Information, please, provide us with this information.

Thanks for your suggestion.
I was installed the Intel DCT, and I was used tool to try recognized as SSD to show information. The tool was worked ,but still can't recognize as SSD  on my system.
Futher more, I try to upgrade SSD firmware any method. It were show as below:
[root@localhost ~]# isdct load -f -intelssd 0
Updating firmware…
- Intel SSD DC P4511 Series BTLJ83150FZ82P0J -
Status : Selected drive is in a disable logical state.

While I searching much way to enable logical state, but didn't any solution.
Could you provide me any suggestion?

In order to further assist you we advise you to follow these recommendations and to extract and provide us with the following information:

• First, update the firmware of the solid state drive (SSD) by using Data Center Tool(&lt;A href="https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28460/Intel-SSD-Data-Center-Tool-Intel-SSD-DCT-?product=87278" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28460/Intel-SSD-Data-Center-Tool-Intel-SSD-DCT-?product=87278&lt;/A&gt;). Follow the process available on paragraph 2.2.1 of the  Intel® Solid State Drive Data Center Tool User Guide(&lt;A href="https://www.intel.com/content/dam/support/us/en/documents/memory-and-storage/Intel_SSD_DCT_3_0_x_User_Guide.pdf" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://www.intel.com/content/dam/support/us/en/documents/memory-and-storage/Intel_SSD_DCT_3_0_x_User_Guide.pdf&lt;/A&gt;).

Thanks for your kindly help.
I was save the ssd device information what used the -isdct show -a -intelssd by Data Center Tool.
Before save log, I also try to update ssd firmware. and it can't be update.
If any suggestion, please kindly release solution.
