      <description>&lt;P&gt;hola&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Recientemente adquirí este modelo de portátil Acer en EEUU, las características son las siguientes&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Intel i7 8750h 2,2ghz&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;geforce gtx 1060 6gb ddr5&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;16 gb ddr4 ram&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;256gb ssd pcie nvme INTEL &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;El problema es el siguiente: al estar en una tarea cualquiera (por ejemplo la primera vez que sucedió estaba con Cortana) el programa en cuestión queda frizado, sin nada que hacer aunque se pueda seguir usando el Explorador de Windows. Pero al cabo de un tiempo, unos segundos, aparece el pantallazo azul con un error tipo:"DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION BSOD" sin nada mas. Luego, se reinicia y me aparece una pantalla que dice "no bootable device". Reinicio normalmente y todo vuelve a la normalidad hasta que me vuelve a pasar todo este mismo exacto proceso con otro programa; me paso con AutoCAD, gta V y la ultima vez fue con MS PowerPoint.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Agradezco la ayuda, saludos desde la Republica Argentina&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds like a memory problem to me.  And, I sure hope you are up-to-date with all the drivers and bios from Acer.  Do not use the Intel drivers unless instructed to by Acer.  This is especially the case since you have dual  graphics.  And, you should be at the latest revision of Windows 10.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, you need to contact Acer support.   Acer is solely responsible for supporting your laptop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Doc&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hola Santiago, no he olvidado este tema. Solamente estoy haciendo tiempo ya que al parecer el problema se soluciono pero quería esperar por lo menos una semana como para confirmar efectivamente que el problema fue solucionado, para no tener la sorpresa de creer que ya lo había arreglado y que me vuelva a pasar.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Como dije, al parecer todo estaría andando bien. No se exactamente que es lo que hice para que funcione asi, ya que he hecho un sinfín de cosas pero al parecer alguna ha funcionado.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;En caso de que el problema persista me contactaré de nuevo. Muchas gracias por tu atencion&lt;/P&gt;</description>
