    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Zechariah47,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try the following actions to try and resolve the issue, or at least, to determine what could be reason for it:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Check the Boot order in the BIOS and make sure the SSD 335 is set as primary boot drive.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Review the information reported by the drive in the BIOS and make sure it is being detected properly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Boot from a different hard disk or Operating System, using the SSD as a secondary drive. Check if the OS detects it and if you are able to see the data on it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Try accessing the drive in a different computer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
