Based on the information provided, it seems that you are using an old version of the CentOS*. We recommend you to install the CentOS* version 7.2.15.11(Kernel 3.10.0).That is the only version of the operating system that the Intel® SSD Data Center Tool supports as per "System requirements" section in the user guide. P4500 AIC form factor, It works well in my system except ISDCT.

Sure. I rebooted my server, but got same result.

We would like you to test the following scenarios (each is independent of the other) in order to check if you have the same output:1- Uninstall and re-install the DCT https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27248/Intel-SSD-Data-Center-Tool?product=87278 3.0.9 from scratch.2-Try to Copy the ISDCT directory from a working installation that was completed. If there is a working installation already from any of the other systems you have. 3-Test with another Linux* environment different than CentOS* if possible and let us know if you get the same result.4-Try with a previous version of the Intel® SSD Data Center Tool https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27144/Intel-SSD-Data-Center-Tool 3.0.7.
