Thank you for posting in the Intel® communities.

As you mentioned, the 8MB issue has been reported before and currently there is a fix for it by updating the firmware, however the fix should be applied before the issue itself happens.

At this point, your drive is not recoverable so I recommend you to contact Warranty Support to get further options for you: &lt;A href="https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/contact-support.html#@3" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/contact-support.html#@3&lt;/A&gt;

Unfortunately, considering the current status of the drive, the data stored in it cannot be recoverable.
