    <description>&lt;P&gt;series s3500  DC  800gb&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;windows 7 64/bit&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;main board sata 3&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;using  ga970a ds3p&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the toolbox detect the ssd but   every option there like secure erase doesnt work or  that button is disable &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; and if i scan there  toolbox always get Error: An error was detected reading data from the selected Intel SSD. Contact your reseller or local Intel representative for assistance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i cant initialize my ssd&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;each and everytime it says the device is not ready.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;unknown  but have the capacity on it      &lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Vonbryan, may I ask for the brand and model of your SSD, the computer model and operating system being used?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How is the drive connected to your system?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you try a secure erase on the drive?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
