Intel SSD Toolbox 3.2.3 crashes

I just installed Intel SSD Toolbox 3.2.3 to upgrade from the 3.2.1 version. The old one worked fine but 3.2.3 crashes every time.

Will there be a version that works?

Hi jkingma, please try repairing your Microsoft* .NET framework installation from Programs and Features. Click Uninstall/Change and then Repair.

If the above steps do not help please provide more information about your system such as: system model, operating system, and a brief description of the drives and the SATA controller chipsets they are connected to.

A copy of the msinfo32 report may be useful as well and you may attach it with the Advanced Editor. Steps to generate the report: press Windows* key + R key, type "msinfo32", press OK and then File, Export.

Hi Joe

not sure how I can repair .NET it is not in the list of installed programs. which version is required for Toolbox?

I have a Lenovo Thinkpad T430s which came with the SSD

It is .NET* Framework 3.0.

Is it possible for you to reinstall Intel® SSD Toolbox 3.2.1 and attempt to run it just for testing? Please let me know if you need the installer.

No, no error message. it becomes "Unresponsive" and can only close

I've installed version 3.1 again and that works fine. It does, however presents a message that it cannot figure out if the encrypted volume is part of a RAID set (which it isn't)

This message does not appear on the 3.2 version

I assume that the problem in 3.2 is with the Bitlocker / RAID check.

I have the same problem with 3.2.3 crashing and used 3.2.1 with no issues. I complete uninstalled all versions of .net including unchecking 3.5 under Windows features, rebooted, and rechecked 3.5. Same issue. Unfortunately I did not save version 3.2.1 in my downloads and had to revert to 3.1.2 since Intel doesn't have any previous versions available for download.
