Hello ziling,
Thank you for your interest in the Intel® SSD DC S4600 Series. If you would like to know if an SSD is performing as expected, the corresponding benchmarking should be performed outside of a RAID, this because the setup (particularly in a RAID 1+0) alters the write and read values. Have you performed an individual benchmark and noticed any unexpected results? I'll be waiting for your response. Regards,Andres V.
