Hi tl661923, I suppose the integrity test you ran was part of the Intel® SSD Toolbox.

Since the information regarding Blue Screen of Death error is not conclusive, I wonder if you have the chance to test the Intel® SSD as a secondary SATA drive, just in order to eliminate the possibility of an operating system or other software corruption issue.

Please let me know if you can run the Intel® SSD Toolbox from a different boot drive or computer.

actually after running the chkdsk i was able to run the toolbox full diag again and got to 62% then: Error: Data mismatch detected. Contact your reseller or local Intel representative for assistance.

I understand it is not an option to take as first step but have you tried backing up files and trying a secure erase or a low level format?

Kevin M

not yet i have considered it. But just to update i still receive seemingly random 0xa's i have noticed that some seem to happen when opening/closing a (random or non specific) programs or games (games aren't located on the SDD some of the programs are... not sure if that is helpful in anyway).
