Hello and help. I can not reset the forgotten password to SSD (password HIGH level). Information on the disk is not needed.

- Notebook Acer Extensa 5220,

- SSD (120Gb) - Intel SSDSA2M120G2GS, ISN: BTPO103400P3120QGN

After 3 incorrect entries, the error code is 05243.

I tried to find a master password on bios-pw.org, it does not work.

What can I do?

Do not there are representatives of the support service from Intel?. If I understand correctly, then the manufacturer of the SSD initially establishes a master password for business needs. Including This can be used to remove the user's password. That's what I'm trying to do.

As mentioned by Al_Hill in one of his posts, we don't have a master password for SSDs. This is configured by users on the system BIOS to protect their data, offering a master password would represent a security breach.
