My Intel SSD 335 Series 240 GB become invisible by BIOS after returning from sleep mode.

It worked for about a month. Then become unavailable after I tried to return from sleep mode. It totally invisible by BIOS, or via connecting by SATA-USB data storage device (Agestar), or by SATA-USB cable.

Any ideas what can I do now to save my data?
