&lt;LI data-wrapper="true"&gt;Have you tested your SSD on another system?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI data-wrapper="true"&gt;Have you connected the drive directly to the motherboard?&amp;nbsp; (For proper work your SSD should be connected directly to the motherboard without using a cable)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI data-wrapper="true"&gt;Do you have&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="ui-provider ed azt azu azv azw azx azy azz baa bab bac bae baf bag bah bai baj bak bal bam ban bao bap baq bar bas bat bau bav baw bax bay baz bba bbb"&gt;any other drives that are attached to your system,? Are they functioning well?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My SSD crashes some times and its slow .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SST said it has up to date FW&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;has 100% endurance left&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;anything I can do?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ricky&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I backed up my data and secure erased .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I used acronis drive cleaner the old intel one as I couldnt do it in the Solidigm tool.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also unplugged all my other drives and my older drive when plugged in would cause it to crash and this resolved my issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ricky&lt;/P&gt;</description>
