P41 Plus 2TB not detected during driver installation

I have been trying to install the Solidigm Synergy™ Driver for my P41 Plus 2TB SSD, but each time the installer gives the error that a Solidigm SSD was not detected. I also tried installing the Solidigm™ Storage Driver but got the same error.

What could be causing this issue? I can access the drive on Windows, so I am not sure why the driver installer is unable to detect it.

We would like to ask if you are using any type of adapter/enclosure to connect the drive to your system? You may also refer the Solidigm™ User Guide- Driver #15 to review the limitations of the Synergy™ driver.

I have been able to fix the issue. I just needed to switch the SATA controller setting in BIOS from RAID to AHCI.
