Hi pitha76,

I would suggest to use the Solidigm Storage Tool and run Full Diagnostic scan to check the health of your SSD. After the scan, you can export the SMART logs and share it with Solidigm customer support for them to check if there is other issue that may be contributing to the fatal error.

No need to reflash the firmware since it is already the latest version.

Hope this helps.

Hi,

Model: INTEL SSDPEKNW010T8
SN: BTNH01740L6L1P0B

my Intel 660p 2 TB is failing on me. It goes offline every 5-6 hours stating fatal error when I try to open it after it has crashed.

A reboot makes it active again. I tested different storage control drivers, tried to flash the firmware with intel and solidigm tools but they can only perform an update. Since I am on the latest firmware 005C already I can't update. I need to reflash 0005C or downgrade to 004C. Please advise?
