8mb bug with last firmware!

My 320 just had the 8 mb bug few days ago but it has the last firmware.

How could I fix it plz?

Hello.

I can't erase the disk even if I reboot the pc. Have no option with toolbox.

And, oh yes I don't find any contact form on support page and my SSd's ISN is not recognized by your website.
