Since you already have the latest Intel® SSD firmware version installed and the issue started after the Mac OS update you may want to contact Apple for further assistance.

In case you want to verify if the Intel® SSDs are working properly then we suggest you to test them with a different (non Apple) system.

Hello poxid,

Do you have the firmware 8850 already installed?

x25-e are working fine(i've got bootcamp with windows 7), apple made some critical change in sata driver and i'm thinking ssd need new sata compatible firmware(many people fixed this problem with new firmware). I wrote about this problem in apple support communities but apple did not fix it.

Hi, I have the same issue with my mac mini and X25E drive -> it seems that whatever solved the issue on the x25-m drives should be implemented to x25-e. I have also tried various recovery actions but none worked. Thanks!
