Hello

after Intel Rapid Storage-Technologie 12.6.0.1033 (or F6 driver only ) is installed then inside the "Intel SSD Toolbox" Smart status and SSD Optimizer is not working with my Intel 520er SSD.

with Intel Rapid Storage-Technologie 11.7.0.1013 and earlier is it working fine

Please Intel fix it

The new version of Intel® Rapid Storage Technology changed the way the Intel® drive is detected in device manager. However, this is not an issue with the Intel® SSD Toolbox specifically.

Since the way the drive is detected changed in device manager, the SATA controller is not able to translate the TRIM command to the drive. For issues related to Intel® Rapid Storage Technology we recommend reporting the issue to the Intel® Chipset Support Communities.

The Intel SSD Toolbox, and IRST 12.6.0.1003, when used with Windows 8, works fine with my 520 SSDs, and my 510 as well.

IRST 12.6.0.1003 is not compatible with all versions of Windows, and also not compatible with older Intel SATA chipsets.
