    <description>&lt;P&gt;I was able to collect AssertLog and EventLog from this drive.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I understand that drive needs to be replaced bur does collecting these logs help your support department explain the failure ? &lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Based on some other questions I think this error implies a catastrophic error and requires a drive replacement&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advice.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;Pasting some details from isdct output&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ErrorString : *ASSERT_14C 34&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Firmware : G2010140&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ModelNumber : INTEL SSDSC2BB016T6&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PhyConfig : Selected drive is in a disable logical state.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PhySpeed : Selected drive is in a disable logical state.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
