      <title>Returning Intel 750 with data.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello all. I have a warranty claim to return a broken Intel 750 with its Led a steady Red. However I am concerned regarding the personal data in the drive. I cannot erase it because the drive is no longer functioning.  Does anyone know how this data will be handled? Will the data be erased or the drive destroyed?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your responses. &lt;/P&gt;</description>
