I had some problems with my AMD Gibabyte motherboard (slow sata controller) and my x25-m. Dont want to make this mistake again... Pls advise...

I am going to build a new PC based on 1156 socket. Do you have any suggestions, experience with the best motherboard to work perfectly with my x25-m 80gb 🙂

Asus P7H55-M/USB3?

Thx

Being Socket 1156, your SATA controller will either be integrated into an Intel H55, H57, P55, or Q57. Intel tend to produce the best onboard SATA controllers especially in the random performance area. In addition, Intel provides the drivers for all manufacturers anyway.

I can't comment on that particular board but anything with an up-to-date BIOS should work without issue.
