    <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry folks...this was completely user error on my part.   Once I changed by BIOS RAID settings to "RAID Autodetect/ATA", the firmware update ran without issue.   This was mentioned in the PDF Update Guidelines...I just skimmed past the "Known Issues" section, as I had applied firmware updates in the past without any BIOS changes.  I'll be more careful next time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Firmware Update 02M3, Install Problem</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When booting to the ISO image on DVD, I get the following error message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"Bad or missing command interpreter"  &amp;amp; "Enter the full shell command line" &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The workstation is a Dell Precision 3500 running Windows 7 Pro 64 bit with a X25-M 80GB boot drive.  FWIW...I have applied firmware updates in the past without issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
