    <description>&lt;P&gt;yes, you can do a 'chkdsk c: /f' to check the file system for consistency.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and yes, the diagnostic scans will work on all intel ssd's.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Error-checking option under windows 7</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have to do a switch reset on my computer since it seems to hang up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With a normal hard drive...i would do a error-checking (under tools option) and make sure everything is ok.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can i use the error-checking option from Windows 7 to do a quick scan on the X25-E SSD since it's the c drive?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, i know i can't use the SSD Optimizer (mangement tools) in SSD toolbox for the X25-E since its a G1 - 50 nm drive.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But can i use the fast and full diagnositc scan in the toolbox on the X25-E?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
