40V SSD can't install the toolbox

I have original installed the toolbox v1.3.

And I want to update the latest toolbox v2.0 recently.

The message always showed "The folder path Intel SSD toolbox contains an invaild character." during the installation.

I uninstall the old revision and try again. It still can't do.

And I also can not reinstall the v1.3.

could you please help to solve this problem??
