Is there any software to monitor or find out more details about the lifespan/wear level of Intel SSD?

I have been running the X25-M in RAID0 for close to 3 months, and a lot of heavy writing due to the virtual machines transfers and creations. Just want to see how much lifespan these has taken up to the solid block itself.....

The S.M.A.R.T. attributes contain this information; I believe it is vendor specific attribute 232, a number which ranges from 100-0 (% of device write cycles remaining).
