The Windows 7 upgrade discs need to see a prior genuine copy of Windows to install.

That's supposed to be the only difference.

OK, So I'm planning on getting the new 160GB 34nm. I currently have VISTA and will be upgrading to win 7 when it comes out. Not sure whether I'll buy the full version or the upgraded version. For TRIM to work properly... does it matter which Win 7 i get. Do i need to the get the full version or the upgrade version is just as fine ?

Thanks in advance.
