    <description>&lt;P&gt;The ReadMe says to disable any BIOS pasword before running the firmware update.  I never did set a PW in hte BIOS thank goodness, but the ReadMe does not answer the basic question if users should still avoid setting a drive PW in the BIOS *after* upgrading to the latest firmware (In other words, does this latest firmware fix resolve the BIOS password problems).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mike&lt;/P&gt;</description>
