330 series problem after sleep in hp notebook

hi,i have second time this week after i close the lid of my hp notebook black screen with 3 options to boot the os : safe mode,safe mode with networing and just boot normaly,in power setting is allready set up that after i close the lid notebook need to go to sleep,but after i open the lid i get a black screen with 3 options for boot and message that computer wasnt properly shut down,im using i7 cpu,8gb of ram,and my primary os is installed into ssd and other hard drive is for back up,also hibernation is off and im using the latest intel ssd toolbox 3.0.3,can anyone tell me how can i fix and also this screen shot of event viever its mark like critical error

I hear this kind of problem with SSDs all the time. What I can't figure out is why people don't just go into power management and disable sleep mode. It reminds me of the old joke...A guy goes into a doctor and says 'Doc, it hurts when I do this' and the doctor says 'Don't do that'.

What model number and firmware version is your SSD?

What is the setting in ACPI for when you close the lid - hibernate, or sleep?

Mine is an Intel 120Gb 330 with the 300i firmware. I bought a brand new HP Pavilion G6 laptop a few weeks ago. I used it as-is for a week, then upgraded the RAM (to 8Gb) and put in a 120Gb 330 SSD last week, and installed a fresh copy of Windows 7 64-bit.

Last night I accidently left the laptop on with it unplugged, and it went into sleep mode.

When I moved the touchpad this morning the screen came back to life, I clicked my user icon to have the machine log back in, but it then immediately blue-screened.
