    <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased &amp;amp; installed this drive without a hitch until today.  I was copying files in Windows Explorer and the C:\ drive stopped responding.  I tried to reboot, but the drive is not present.  Any advice?  Thanks. &lt;/P&gt;</description>
