What serial-number should I provide to intel service staff if I need warranty of 320 80G SSD？

I am at U.S.A now.

The serial number is on the top left-hand corner of the SSD label. The first 4 characters are letters followed by 14 letters/numbers.

Example: ISN: CVGB955402MD040GGN.

Whether should I only provide "ISN"？The others SN like WWN PBA LBA SA etc ,does these SN also need to provide?

You will need to provide both the ISN number and the SA number. The SA number is located directly below the ISN number on the SSD label. The SA number starts with a letter that is followed by 5 digits and then a 3 digit dash number. Make sure you include the dash number. The other numbers on the SSD label are not required for a warranty replacement.

Example: ISN: CVGB955402MD040GGN.

SA: E12345-001

Hi,

What is the correlation between the SN on the Box and the ISN number?

The SN number on the box is not on the disk and the ISN number on the disk is not on the Box.
